About Me
Francesca Puccio
Transformational Coach | Designer | Tony Robbins Trainer | NLP Practictioner | Mentor |
My own journey began in Italy, surrounded by a quiet, soulful kind of beauty that shaped me from the inside out. Summers in my grandmother’s home, filled with art, books, and a lush garden, taught me that beauty is not just something you see, it’s something you feel, and something you create. As a designer at Standing Renovation, I’ve spent years helping people shape homes that reflect who they are. As a coach, I now help women do the same with their lives and businesses.
Before I could guide others, I had to walk this path myself. I was the high-achiever, always doing, always proving, and yet, often feeling not enough. It took breaking old patterns, rebuilding, and the deep work of personal growth to find my way back to myself.
Today, I create spaces for women to pause, breathe, and reconnect with what matters most. This isn’t about fixing yourself, it’s about remembering yourself, and shaping a life that feels as true and beautiful inside as it looks on the outside.
I hold a master's degree in Building Engineering from the Politecnico of Milan and an advanced master's degree in Heritage Conservation from the RLIC Center of the Catholic University of Leuven.
I’m a certified NLP practitioner, a graduate of the Core 100 and Core 200 coaching programs by Robbins-Madanes Training, and one of only a few hundred Tony Robbins Trainers worldwide. My style is grounded, intuitive, and clear, a blend of strategic insight, mindset work, and deep care.
